Costume fittings are very important. This is done on a first-come first-served basis. We want you to be comfortable, so please click here to schedule yours today! Your wait time may be decreased if you are already signed up online.
NOTE: You must return your costume after performances regardless of the scene you are in.
Please do not take costumes home with you.
What to Wear
Sandals (borrow a pair from someone if you don't have any)
Shorts or capris under gowns
Roman Guards need to wear shorter shorts under their costumes
Ladies may wear natural/light make-up
If you are wear a light-colored gown, wear light clothes underneath
What NOT to Wear
Long pants (they may show at the hem of your gown)
Shirts/collars or clothing under gown that shows at the neck
Watches or jewelry
Please remove glasses during performance times
Please do not sit on the ground including grassy areas as this may cause stains to the costumes.
Bring AU ID, driver's license, or credit card when picking up your costume. One of these will be kept and returned when you return your costume.
When changing into your costume, place your personal clothes on the hanger with your name. Place the hanger on the clothes rack in alphabetical order of your last name so you may easily find your clothes and hanger when you return.
There will be a costume assistant to help you with the belts, shoulder drapes, head drapes, and head ties.
Please take good care of your costume and ALL the pieces.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that when you return your costume you place it with ALL the pieces on the hanger with your name and place it on the rack in alphabetical order. This is important so all the costume pieces will stay together for next year's Passion Play.
You may be charged $40 if your costume is not returned or pieces missing. (But, of course, this won't happen because you guys are the BEST!)
Have fun and may God use you for His glory!!!
